Returns
We hope your piece is everything you envisioned. If it isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Pieces showing signs of wear or alteration may be subject to a reduction in refund value.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
To arrange a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Once your piece has been received and carefully inspected, your refund will be issued.
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select countries within the European Union.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. For security purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and additional fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are determined by your country’s government and are not included in our pricing.
