RETURNS & FINAL SALE
Each piece offered by London J is individually sourced vintage, estate or pre-owned jewellery, with many pieces being one-of-a-kind. We encourage thoughtful purchasing and ask that all photographs, measurements and descriptions be carefully reviewed before placing your order.
Returns
Regular-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned unworn, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
All returns must be arranged with London J prior to being sent.
Return shipping, tracking, insurance and any associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and tracked service, as London J is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once the item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued.
Sale & Discounted Purchases
All items purchased on sale, at a reduced price, or using a promotional or discount code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the vintage, estate or pre-owned nature of the piece and agree to the terms of our return policy.
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select countries within the European Union.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. For security purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and additional fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are determined by your country’s government and are not included in our pricing. We recommend consulting your local government or customs authority website for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding potential charges.
